This is a summary of some of the things we did and talked about, for future reference.

Things attendees worked on...
   * Update event calendar code for the SVPerl web site, and any other SBAY-hosted sites, and anyone else who can use it

      * Here too: http://datetime.perl.org/
   * cleaned up some misc code

Things we talked about...
   * How does one start a CPAN module from scratch?
      * One option is to use [[http://search.cpan.org/search?query=Module%3A%3AStarter&mode=all][Module::Starter]]
      * Or start smaller by grabbing the "new" function for your module from "perldoc perlobj", "man perlobj" or [[http://search.cpan.org/~flora/perl-5.14.2/pod/perlobj.pod][perlobj on CPAN]]
      * There is also advice for creation of new CPAN modules at "perldoc perlmodlib", "man perlmodlib" or [[http://search.cpan.org/~flora/perl-5.14.2/pod/perlmodlib.PL][perlmodlib on CPAN]]
